These Terms of Service govern your use of marketingsvc.com. By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for clients is also governed by the written proposal or agreement signed for that project, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Use of the website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it for spam.

Information on this site

Content is provided for general information. Prices, packages, and offers shown (for example, the $599 website launch) may change and are confirmed in your proposal or invoice. Results described for past clients are specific to those clients and are not a guarantee of future results; search rankings and ad performance depend on factors outside our control, including Google’s and Meta’s platforms.

Services and payments

Monthly services are month-to-month unless your agreement says otherwise. Advertising spend is paid to the ad platforms and is separate from our management fees. Payment terms, cancellation, and ownership of deliverables are set in your agreement.

Messaging

If you opt in to SMS, you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, and logos belong to Essential Marketing or are used with permission. Client logos and website screenshots belong to their owners and are shown as examples of our work.

Links to client sites and other services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Essential Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law
