IT Installation

$499

One-time on-site setup for new offices, expansions, or equipment refreshes. Includes configuration, testing, and a walkthrough with your team. Scoped for standard small-business installs — larger rollouts quoted after a quick site visit.

How an install day works

Quick call — tell us what you need (new office, printer swap, POS upgrade, etc.) and your location. We confirm scope and schedule.

On-site install — we arrive with your equipment configured, connect everything to your network, and test printers, POS, and workstations end-to-end.

Train your team — short walkthrough so staff know how to print, run the register, and who to call when something breaks.

Maintenance optional — most clients add the $250/mo plan so we’re on call with 3 visits/month when anything needs repair or upkeep.

Common questions

What does the $499 installation cover?

A standard small-business install: configuring workstations or POS devices, connecting printers to your network, basic Wi-Fi/router setup, and testing everything with your team on-site. Larger multi-desk rollouts or new cabling are scoped after a quick visit.

What counts as an on-site visit on the $250/mo plan?

Any trip to your location to fix outages, repair hardware, replace toner, troubleshoot POS, or perform preventive maintenance. You get up to 3 visits per month included. Remote support for quick fixes is included between visits.

Do you supply the computers and printers?

We can install equipment you already purchased or recommend models and help you order. Hardware cost is separate from the $499 install fee unless we quote a bundled package.

Is this only for existing marketing clients?

No — any Miami-area business can book IT install and maintenance. Many clients start with IT or a website, then add SEO and ads later.

How fast can you come out?

New installs are usually scheduled within a few business days. Maintenance clients get priority for urgent outages — call or text and we’ll slot you in.

Do you also build websites?

Yes — Website Launch is $599 with hosting and Google Business Profile. Many clients use us for both web and office tech.
